Killing the Corporate Plantation

The weapon? The internet. You in?
Ummm…Yup, It’s Broken Yall.
All it takes is to take a stroll down a random street in Detroit, or Ohio, 0r Watts and you can see something is definitely NOT right. Once bustling places of commerce are now ghost towns. What happened? The for-profit model of business happened. When companies put profits before workers, communities die.

Let me get this straight, The decision to demolish entire towns affecting peoples ways of life and health are based on whether shareholders can see can profit on a spreadsheet? Yeah, that’s broken. Need more convincing?

But There Is Hope.

Entre Le Internet bruh!

The Great Equalizer
Good news! As of right now, you don’t need an awesome credit score to buy a URL and start an online business. So technically, you don’t need a lot to start making money online. Also, a great deal of the “Corporate Plantation” style companies don’t seem to understand the culture that is the internet. As a result, you see wave after wave of new companies popping up online and taking chunks of profit margins from older archaic businesses. While a number of impact-driven companies like Toms crush it online.

Ready for the but? Here it is. Many well hearted online businesses fail. They’re trampled on by the people who “get the internet culture”. Aaaand there aren’t a lot of people who get it. The fact is, people, behave differently on the internet than they do in a physical space. They expect different things. They want to be spoken to in certain ways. Whats the ways? Well…We can’t give everything away. We will say though that it changes depending on who you want to have an impact with and where on the internet they spend their time.

But you don’t have to worry about that because you’ve found this page. A page that was created by a team of people who “get it”. How did we learn? From spending a lot of time figuring it out while inside the corporate plantation. We learned what worked, and what didn’t. And now we want to share the method of success with companies that will use the knowledge to build their communities.

The power to better your lives and the lives of those in your community doesn’t end with “raising awareness”. Being heard is about buying power. It’s fighting to raising the market share of companies you’ve either started or companies that believe in what you believe.

Who we are.

We Have Creativity In Our DNA.

Camp Massive is a family-owned Creative Agency with 40 years of experience in graphic design and counting.

The Camp Family

The family that works together…gets on each other’s nerves so much that they eventually learn to work together in a unified and successful business…or something like that.

Pictured are Ira(Creative Director,) and Lisa Camp at their wedding in 1978. Jamin Camp(Web Development, Cyber Security, SEO) the middle son stuffing his face. Justin the youngest camp in his green shirt. Lastly, Jarrett(Art Director and the oldest of the Camp Sons) and Wendy Camp (Jarrett’s wife) trying to look cute for the cameras.

Bringing Work Home?

With Ira Camp who has been in the Graphic Design space for over 40 years, Jarrett Camp who is an accomplished Graphic and Fine Artist our design team are fluent in the visual language. Couple that with Jamin Camp who has spent years honing his Web Development, SEO, and Cyber Security skills the Camps are a family that has mastered Branding and Web Design.

In any business Culture is essential. At Camp Massive, ours is a professional family approach. Office hours?!? What office hours?!? We love what we do and who we do it for therefore it’s not an unusual occurrence to find the Camp gathered around moms table (yes, it belongs to mom…don’t ask) at 2:00 am working on a project. Such is the life we live and love.
